Shree Rajiv Lochan Oil Extraction Auditors Resign

Shree Rajiv Lochan Oil Extraction Ltd announced that its statutory auditors, M/s Milind Nyati & Co. LLP, have tendered their resignation. The auditors cited "other commitments and other assignments" as the reason for their inability to continue in the role. They had been appointed on September 26, 2024, for a five-year term ending at the AGM in 2029 and had completed the statutory audit for the period up to June 30, 2026. The company will be filing the necessary forms with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
