Shree Rajiv Lochan Oil Extraction Resubmits Financials with Audit Impact Statement

Shree Rajiv Lochan Oil Extraction Ltd is resubmitting its Audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. This resubmission is in response to a BSE query to include the Statement of Impact of Audit Qualification. The company stated that there are no changes to the financial statements or other disclosures previously submitted, apart from the inclusion of the audit qualification impact statement.
