Shriram Properties Appoints New Statutory Auditors

Shriram Properties Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Abarna & Ananthan, Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditors. This decision was made by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee during a meeting held on July 23, 2026. The new auditors will replace M/s Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, who have completed their maximum allowed tenure. M/s. Abarna & Ananthan will serve for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) post-IPO until the conclusion of the 10th AGM post-IPO, subject to shareholder approval. The firm, established in 1987, has extensive experience in assurance and tax consultancy, particularly within the real estate sector and for listed companies.
