Shriram Properties Appoints New Statutory Auditors for 5 Years

Shriram Properties Limited announced the appointment of M/s. Abarna & Ananthan, Chartered Accountants, as the new Statutory Auditors. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors following recommendations from the Audit Committee during a meeting held on July 23, 2026. The new auditors will replace M/s Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, who completed their tenure. The appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) post-IPO until the conclusion of the 10th AGM, subject to shareholder approval. M/s. Abarna & Ananthan, established in 1987, have expertise in assurance, tax consultancy, and significant experience with real estate and listed companies.
