Shriram Properties Appoints Two New Independent Directors

Shriram Properties Limited announced the appointment of Mrs. Revathy Iyer and Dr. R. Seetharaman as Additional Directors and Non-Executive Independent Directors. Their appointments are effective from October 22, 2026, for a term of five consecutive years, subject to shareholder approval.
