Unitech Board Extends CEO Ashok Kumar Yadav's Tenure by 2 Years

Unitech Ltd's Board of Directors has approved the extension of Sh. Ashok Kumar Yadav, IAS (Retd.)'s tenure as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for an additional two years. The extension is effective from February 11, 2027, to February 10, 2029, or until further board order. This decision was made upon the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee during a board meeting held on October 22, 2026. Sh. Yadav, a retired IAS officer, brings extensive experience in government administration, corporate sector, and public sector undertakings, with expertise in non-profit organizations, real estate, public policy, and business process improvement.
