Murali Malayappan indirectly acquires 4.03 lakh shares in Shriram Properties

Murali Malayappan, a promoter of Shriram Properties Limited (SPL), indirectly acquired 4,03,402 shares of Shriram Properties Holdings Private Limited from Shriram Group Executives Welfare Trust. This inter-se transfer, approved by SEBI, increased his indirect holding in SPL. Before the acquisition, his indirect holding was 13.38% (9,13,541 shares), which now stands at 19.29% (13,16,943 shares) of SPL's total share/voting capital. The acquisition date was May 26, 2026.
