Murali Malayappan, Promoter of Shriram Properties Limited, has acquired 4,03,402 shares, representing 5.91% of the total share capital, indirectly through an inter-se transfer within the Promoter Group. This acquisition was made from Shriram Group Executives Welfare Trust and is in compliance with SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. Following the acquisition, Malayappan's total indirect holding in Shriram Properties Limited increased to 25.20%. The transaction involved equity shares of Shriram Properties Holdings Private Limited.
