Shubham Polyspin Ltd Holds 14th AGM, All Resolutions Passed

Shubham Polyspin Limited conducted its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 30, 2026, via Video Conferencing (VC/OAVM). The meeting, chaired by Mr. Ankit Anil Somani and briefly by Mr. Kush P. Kalaria for a specific item, saw the participation of 31 members. The AGM proceedings were conducted in compliance with SEBI and MCA circulars permitting virtual meetings. Members were offered e-voting facilities, both remotely and during the AGM. All statutory formalities were completed, and queries regarding financial statements were addressed. The company announced that all resolutions, including the adoption of financial statements for FY 2025-26, the re-appointment of Mr. Ankit A. Somani as Director, and the appointment of M/s.
