D & H India Ltd Holds 41st AGM via VC/OAVM

D & H India Limited conducted its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 30, 2026, via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting, held from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM IST, was deemed to have taken place at the company's registered office in Mumbai. The quorum was met with more than the required 30 members attending virtually. The proceedings included a speech by Whole-time Director Mr. Saurabh Vora and introductions of the board members and officials. The company confirmed that results of e-voting would be intimated separately within two working days after receiving the Scrutinizer's report. The AGM was conducted in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
