D & H India Ltd: Directors Re-appointed for 3 Years

D & H India Ltd announced the re-appointment of two key executive directors, Mr. Saurabh Vora and Mr. Harsh Vora, for a further period of three years each, effective from October 1, 2026. The approvals were granted at the company's 41st Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026. Mr. Saurabh Vora will continue as Whole-time Director, while Mr. Harsh Vora will continue as Chairman and Managing Director. Both re-appointments are in line with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, following recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
