Shyam Metalics and Energy Ltd has announced the exercise of 9,000 stock options by eligible employees under the "SMEL Performance ESOP Scheme – 2023". This exercise has resulted in the allotment of 9,000 equity shares of face value ₹10 each. The company received ₹61,14,870 (₹61.15 Lakhs) from this exercise. The options were originally granted at a price of ₹679.43 per share, representing a 25% discount on the market price on August 28, 2025.
