Shyam Metalics Board Approves Q1 FY27 Results, ₹4500 Cr Fundraise, Dividend

Shyam Metalics and Energy Limited's Board of Directors met on July 20, 2026, approving the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also declared a 1st Interim Dividend of ₹1.80 per equity share for FY26-27, with a record date of July 24, 2026. A significant fund-raising plan of up to ₹4,500 crore through various equity instruments was approved, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
