Shyam Metalics: ESOP Vesting for 3rd Year Grant

Shyam Metalics and Energy Ltd (SMEL) has announced the vesting of employee stock options under its SMEL Employee Stock Incentive Plan – 2023 (ESIP – 2023). This vesting is a consequence of completing the third year from the grant date for options issued on September 27, 2023. Under the SMEL Performance ESOP Scheme (ESOP-2023) and SMEL Loyalty ESOP Scheme (ESOP II - 2023), 23% and 30% of the granted options, respectively, are now exercisable from September 27, 2026.
