Shyam Metalics ESOPs Vesting: 20,900 Options Available for Exercise

Shyam Metalics and Energy Ltd announced the vesting of 20% of stock options granted under the ESIP-2023 to 5 eligible employees. This means 20,900 stock options, initially granted on August 29, 2026, are now available for exercise after completing their first anniversary. The options were granted at a 25% discount to the market price of ₹679.43. The ESOP scheme is administered via an ESOP Trust, and vested shares will not be subject to a lock-in period. The remaining options are scheduled to vest over the next three years.
