Shyama Computronics CFO Resigns; Roshni Poddar Appointed

Shyama Computronics and Services Ltd announced the resignation of Mr. Swaraj Kumar Singh as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Whole-Time Director, effective August 10, 2026. Concurrently, the Board of Directors, based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation, appointed Ms. Roshni Poddar as the new Whole-Time Director and CFO for a five-year term, subject to member approval. The company also approved its Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The 30th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 23, 2026.
