Roshni Poddar Appointed CFO of Shyama Computronics

Shyama Computronics and Services Ltd announced the appointment of Ms. Roshni Poddar as the Whole-Time Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a period of five years, effective August 10, 2026. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval. The Board of Directors also approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Swaraj Kumar Singh resigned as Whole-Time Director, with his resignation effective August 10, 2026.
