Shyamkamal Investments Ltd has received approval from the Central Government, via the Regional Director, Western Region – I, to shift its registered office from Maharashtra to Gujarat. This approval follows resolutions passed by the Board of Directors on February 11, 2026, and shareholders at an EGM on March 17, 2026. The new registered office will be located at Third Floor 1 Shail’s Mall, Nr Girish Coldrinks, Navarangpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The order, dated July 31, 2026, was received by the company on September 16, 2026. The shift is confirmed subject to conditions ensuring no adverse impact on employee interests and no change in jurisdiction for pending legal proceedings.
