Sical Logistics Appoints CNGSN & Associates LLP as Statutory Auditor

Sical Logistics Ltd has appointed M/s. CNGSN & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditors. This appointment was approved by the company's members at the 71st Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and Board of Directors. The new auditors will hold office until the conclusion of the 76th Annual General Meeting. M/s. SRSV & Associates, Chartered Accountants, completed their term as the previous statutory auditors at the conclusion of the 71st AGM.
