U. H. Zaveri Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s SS Lunkad and Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditor. This appointment was approved by the company's members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 28, 2026. The term of appointment is for five consecutive financial years, commencing from FY 2026-27 and concluding with FY 2030-31. M/s SS Lunkad and Associates have over five years of post-qualification experience in secretarial and legal matters, with exposure to SEBI regulations, company law, and FEMA.
