Signatureglobal Appoints Independent Director and Auditors

Signatureglobal (India) Ltd's board, in its meeting on May 13, 2026, approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. They appointed Mr. Bharat Bhushan as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a 5-year term, subject to member approval. M/s. S. N. Dhawan & Co LLP was appointed as Statutory Auditors for a 5-year term, succeeding M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, also subject to member approval. Additionally, M/s. Jain Jindal & Co. was appointed as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27.
