Silicon Rental Solutions Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from April 1, 2026, and will reopen after 48 hours of the declaration of financial results for the half year and financial year ended on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration and declaration of the Standalone Financial Results for the same period will be intimated separately.
