Silver Pearl Hospitality & Luxury Spaces Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for specified persons for the approval of Audited Financial Results for the year ending March 31, 2026. The closure will commence from October 1, 2025, and will end after 48 hours from the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the 2nd half year and Financial Year ended on 31st March 2026. All Specified Persons, including Employees, Directors, Promoters, Statutory Auditors, and all connected persons as specified and covered under the Code of Conduct, have been advised not to deal in the securities of the Company from April 1, 2026, up to the completion of 48 hours after declaration of Results.
