Silver Touch Technologies Re-appoints Independent Director Piyush Sinha

Silver Touch Technologies Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Piyushkumar Mithileshkumar Sinha as an Independent Director. The decision was made by the Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, at a meeting held on July 30, 2026. This re-appointment is for a second term, effective from August 12, 2026, until August 11, 2031, and is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Sinha brings over 45 years of experience in management, entrepreneurship, and academia, including professorships at IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Bangalore. He is not related to any existing directors or promoters.
