Silverline Technologies Ltd Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

Silverline Technologies Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all Designated Persons, Designated Employees, Specified Persons, and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Internal Code of Conduct. The trading window will remain closed from April 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the Audited Standalone Financial Results for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2026 become generally available information.
