Simplex Castings Appoints M/s M D N & Associates as Statutory Auditors

Simplex Castings Ltd. announced the appointment of M/s M D N & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors to fill a casual vacancy. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 16, 2026. The company also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and appointed Mr. Chandra Shekhar Sahu as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Additionally, M/s Meena Naidu & Associates will serve as Scrutinizer for the e-voting process at the AGM, and M/s Nistha Agrawal & Co. has been appointed as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27.
