Ventura Securities Appoints G. K. Choksi & Co. as Statutory Auditor

Ventura Guaranty Ltd announced that its material subsidiary, Ventura Securities Limited (VSL), has appointed M/s. G. K. Choksi & Co. as its Statutory Auditors. This appointment fills a casual vacancy arising from the resignation of M/s. M S K A & Associates LLP. The appointment is for a term of five years, commencing from the conclusion of the 2026 AGM until the conclusion of the 2031 AGM, subject to member approval. G. K. Choksi & Co. is a Mumbai-based firm established in 2004, offering a range of audit, tax, and advisory services.
