Simplex Castings Appoints Nistha Agrawal & Co. as Internal Auditor

Simplex Castings Ltd. announced the appointment of M/s Nistha Agrawal & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the company's Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors during their meeting on August 14, 2026. The board also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, appointed Mr. Chandra Shekhar Sahu as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, scheduled the 46th AGM for September 16, 2026, and approved M/s Meena Naidu & Associates as scrutinizer for e-voting. Additionally, subject to shareholder approval, M/s M D N & Associates was approved as Statutory Auditor to fill a casual vacancy and for a five-year term.
