Sindhu Trade Links: Promoters Execute Inter-se Share Transfer

Vir Sen Sindhu, a promoter of Sindhu Trade Links Limited, acquired 34,337,659 equity shares, representing 1.86% of the company's total voting capital, through an off-market inter-se transfer. Prior to this acquisition, Vir Sen Sindhu held 5.87% (108,097,500 shares), increasing their holding to 7.73% (142,435,159 shares). Concurrently, Dev Suman Sindhu, another promoter, sold 30,413,433 equity shares, equivalent to 1.65% of the total voting capital, also via an off-market inter-se transfer. Dev Suman Sindhu's holding decreased from 4.74% (87,265,200 shares) to 3.09% (56,851,767 shares) after the sale.
