Singer India Board to Consider Dividend on May 27, 2026

Singer India Ltd has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on May 27, 2026, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The board will also discuss the matter related to dividend on equity shares for the Financial Year 2025-26, if any. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results, i.e., May 29, 2026.
