Sinnar Bidi Udyog Appoints Sachin Laddha as Independent Director

Sinnar Bidi Udyog Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Sachin Jagdish Laddha as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors on August 14, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Laddha, a Diploma Mechanical Engineer with over 23 years of corporate experience, will hold office until the ensuing Annual General Meeting. His appointment for a term of five consecutive years is subject to shareholder approval. He is not related to any existing directors and is not debarred from holding a director's office by any SEBI order.
