Siyaram Recycling Fixes AGM Cut-off Date to Aug 28

Siyaram Recycling Industries Ltd announced that the Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 24, 2026, approved several key matters including the re-appointment of Mr. Bhavesh Ramgopal Maheshwari as Managing Director and Mr. Ramgopal Ochhavlal Maheshwari as Whole-time Director, both for five-year terms. Mrs. Madhu Ramgopal Maheshwari was also slated for re-appointment as Director. The company has fixed August 28, 2026, as the cut-off date for determining eligible members for the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the dispatch of the Annual Report for FY 2025-2026. The AGM is scheduled for September 30, 2026. A separate cut-off date of September 23, 2026, was set for voting eligibility at the AGM.
