Anurag Poddar Acquires 3,49,683 Shares in Siyaram Silk Mills via Gift

Anurag P. Poddar, a promoter of Siyaram Silk Mills Limited, has acquired 3,49,683 equity shares of the company through an inter-se transfer by way of gift from Smt. Vibha Shrikishan Poddar, also a promoter. The acquisition, which took place on August 14, 2026, increased Anurag P. Poddar's total shareholding to 23,18,170 equity shares. This transaction is an off-market, inter-se transfer and has been disclosed under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The total equity share capital of the company remains unchanged at Rs. 9,07,40,176, divided into 4,53,70,088 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
