Gaurav Poddar Acquires 3,49,683 Siyaram Silk Mills Shares via Gift

Gaurav P Poddar has acquired 3,49,683 equity shares of Siyaram Silk Mills Limited from Smt. Vibha Shrikishan Poddar, a promoter, through an inter-se transfer by way of gift. The transaction, which occurred on August 14, 2026, resulted in Gaurav P Poddar's shareholding increasing from 4.99% to 5.76%. The total equity share capital of the company remains Rs. 9,07,40,176/- divided into 4,53,70,088 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each. This disclosure is made under Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
