Harshit S Poddar Sells 5.82 Lakh Siyaram Silk Shares

Harshit S. Poddar, a promoter of Siyaram Silk Mills Limited, has executed an inter-se transfer of 5,82,900 equity shares via a block deal on August 17, 2026. The shares were transferred to DPP Enterprises LLP, also a promoter entity. This transaction was disclosed under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The total equity share capital of the company remains Rs. 9,07,40,176, divided into 4,53,70,088 equity shares of Rs. 2 each, both before and after the sale.
