Prashant K Kalavadia Acquires 3.37% Stake in SJ Corporation

Prashant K Kalavadia has acquired 14,62,251 equity shares, representing 3.37% of the total share capital, in SJ Corporation Limited. This acquisition was made pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement dated January 30, 2026, with existing promoters, following a successfully closed Open Offer on August 3, 2026. The total equity share capital of SJ Corporation Limited remains Rs. 4,33,55,000, divided into 4,33,55,000 equity shares of Re. 1 each, both before and after the acquisition. The transaction was completed on September 10, 2026.
