SJVN Appoints Rajesh Kumar Chandel as Director (Projects)

SJVN Limited has appointed Shri Rajesh Kumar Chandel as Director (Projects) effective June 11, 2026. Chandel, a Civil Engineer with over 32 years of experience in the power sector, has a strong background in hydroelectric project development and execution. His career includes significant contributions to major projects in India, Nepal, and Bhutan, such as the Nathpa Jhakri Hydro Power Station and the Arun-3 Hydroelectric Project. He previously held key positions including CEO of SJVN Arun-3 Power Development Company and was Officer on Special Duty to the Chairman & Managing Director.
