SK Minerals Board Approves AGM, Director Re-appointments, and Audits

SK Minerals & Additives Ltd's Board of Directors met on September 7, 2026, approving key corporate actions. The 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 30, 2026, via VC/OAVM. The board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Rohit Jindal as Director and recommended changes in designation and remuneration for Mr. Rohit Jindal, Mr. Shubham Jindal, and Mrs. Sunita Rani. Appointments of Secretarial and Cost Auditors were also approved, subject to member ratification. Enhancements to borrowing and investment limits under the Companies Act, 2013, and continuation of related party transactions were recommended for member approval.
