SKIL Infrastructure: 14th CoC Meeting Postponed to Oct 27

SKIL Infrastructure Limited has announced the postponement of its Fourteenth (14th) Committee of Creditors (CoC) Meeting. The meeting, originally adjourned to October 21, 2026, has been rescheduled to Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at 3:00 PM. The meeting will be conducted in both physical and virtual formats. The physical venue is the Jasmine Room, 1st Floor, Centre One Building, World Trade Centre, Cuffe Parade, Mumbai. All agenda items previously set for the Fourteenth CoC Meeting will be discussed on the new date.
