Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Ltd: Risk Management Committee Approves Corporate Guarantees

Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Ltd's Risk Management Committee has approved the issuance of corporate guarantees for facilities availed by its subsidiaries, Clean Max Como Private Limited and Clean Max Roku Private Limited. The guarantees amount to INR 79.50 Crore for Clean Max Como Private Limited and INR 25.50 Crore for Clean Max Roku Private Limited. These corporate guarantees will serve as security for term loan facilities obtained by the subsidiary companies. The company stated that the promoter/promoter group/group companies have no interest in this transaction, and the guarantees will be issued at arm's length. The corporate guarantee provided will be a contingent liability for the company, with no immediate impact as of the reporting date.
