SKIL Infrastructure Issues Fresh Invitation for Resolution Plans

SKIL Infrastructure Limited, undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, has announced the publication of a fresh invitation for resolution plans. This follows the vacation of a stay by the NCLAT and the constitution of the Committee of Creditors (CoC). The CoC approved the appointment of Purusottam Behera as Resolution Professional. A fresh Form G has been published on May 1, 2026, with a deadline of May 16, 2026, for submission of expression of interest along with an earnest money deposit of ₹10,00,000.
