Skipper appoints R. N. Nayak as Non-Executive Independent Director

Skipper Limited announced the appointment of Mr. R. N. Nayak as a Non-Executive Independent Director to its Board, effective October 12, 2026. Mr. Nayak, former Chairman and Managing Director of Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL), brings over 40 years of experience in senior roles within the power sector, including PGCIL and NTPC. He is credited with significantly growing PGCIL's assets, revenue, and profit during his tenure. Mr. Nayak currently serves on several company boards and consults for the World Bank Group. His extensive experience in technology adoption, large-scale execution, and grid operations is expected to enhance the Board's oversight as Skipper expands its transmission and distribution business globally.
