Skipper Ltd has updated the share capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary in Brazil, SKIPPER LATAM LTDA. Initially approved for an investment of up to USD 20,000 with a share capital of BRL 1,00,000/-, the company remitted USD 19,560. Due to foreign exchange rate fluctuations, the actual received amount resulted in a revised share capital of BRL 1,01,144.76, an excess of BRL 1,144.76 over the initially intimated amount.
