Sky Gold Appoints Akash Talesara as New CEO

Sky Gold And Diamonds Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Akash Talesara as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective June 9, 2026. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors following recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee. Mr. Talesara brings over two decades of experience in the gems and jewellery industry, with expertise in exports, diamond jewellery sales, merchandising, business development, and market expansion. He holds a degree from NIFT and advanced management education from IIM. The filing also disclosed the constitution of Those Charged With Governance (TCWG).
