Sky Industries to Sell Navi Mumbai Factory Premises

Sky Industries Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has in principle approved the sale of its factory premises in Navi Mumbai. The sale is subject to finalization of terms, securing a buyer, and obtaining necessary approvals. The company is transitioning its manufacturing operations to a new, larger facility in Gujarat. The Navi Mumbai facility contributed approximately ₹20 Crore (25%) to the company's annual turnover of ₹84.54 Crore. The Board also approved the shifting of the company's registered office from Navi Mumbai to Chembur, Mumbai, subject to member and regulatory approvals.
