Smartworks Acquires Singapore's Workstudio Spaces

Smartworks Coworking Spaces Ltd has completed the acquisition of Singapore-based Workstudio Spaces Pte. Ltd. through its wholly owned subsidiary, Smartworks Space Pte. Ltd. This strategic move significantly enhances Smartworks' presence in Singapore's enterprise workspace market. The acquisition adds four operational centers to Smartworks' Singapore portfolio, expanding its footprint to approximately 76,000 sq. ft. with a seating capacity exceeding 1,500. Furthermore, it brings over 45 new clients across diverse industry sectors into the company's fold. Smartworks aims to leverage this expansion to better serve enterprise clients in the region, capitalizing on Singapore's growing demand for flexible workspaces.
