Smartworks Completes Capacity Addition via WorkStudio Acquisition

Smartworks Coworking Spaces Ltd announced the completion of its proposed capacity addition through the acquisition of WorkStudio Spaces Pte. Ltd., Singapore. This acquisition, finalized on July 06, 2026, was initially approved by the Audit Committee on June 25, 2026. The addition of WorkStudio's ~26,000 sq ft of space significantly strengthens Smartworks' presence in Singapore, expanding its portfolio to four centers totaling approximately 76,000 sq ft. This move aims to enhance market presence, better serve enterprise clients, and support long-term growth in Asia. The company noted that no direct investment was made by Smartworks Ltd. as the acquisition was completed by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Smartworks Space Pte. Ltd.
