Smartworks Coworking Spaces Ltd has announced a significant capacity expansion by adding approximately 2,47,000 Sq. Ft. to its existing infrastructure in Jaipur. This expansion is planned to be completed within July 2026 and requires an investment of approximately INR 35.00 Crores. The funding for this expansion will be sourced from internal accruals or issue proceeds. The company states that this move is aimed at supporting business growth and broadening its operational footprint. The existing operational capacity stands at 10.1 Million Sq. Ft. with a utilization rate of 82% as of March 31, 2026.
