The client has leased over 930 seats in Pune, bringing their total seat count with Smartworks to over 1,730. This new engagement is expected to generate approximately ₹58 Crore in rental revenue over a 60-month period. Combined with existing agreements, the total expected rental commitment from this client is estimated at ₹102 Crore. This deal underscores Smartworks' strategy of catering to large enterprises and highlights the growing demand for managed office spaces among global companies expanding in India.
