Smartworks Secures ₹305 Cr in New Managed Office Deals

Smartworks Coworking Spaces Ltd announced new leasing engagements with corporate clients, adding approximately ₹305 crore in incremental contracted rental revenue. These deals, with tenures up to 60 months, are in addition to a recently announced ~₹235 crore from existing client expansions. The total incremental revenue from both announcements stands at ~₹540 crore. The new clients include diverse sectors like technology, research, healthcare, and sportswear. This expansion strengthens Smartworks' position as India's largest managed office platform, with a contracted rental revenue base of ~₹5,400 crore as of June 30, 2026. The company serves over 760 clients, with 92% revenue from large corporates.
